The Role

• Lead and develop a team of Field Canvassers focused on building brand awareness and generating sales leads in targeted neighborhoods.
• Plan and manage canvassing initiatives, including scheduling routes and ensuring efficient territory coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Field Canvassers, setting clear goals and KPIs.
• Oversee compliance with local permit requirements and regulations within assigned territories.
• Collaborate with management and local operations teams to expand brand presence.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics to assess performance and ROI, aiming to exceed sales lead quotas.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for a direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, and lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, onboarding, and training field staff.
• Knowledge of current best practices in canvassing and field marketing.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied climates and commit to evenings and weekends as needed.
