.NET Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated .NET Developer to join our team and develop, enhance, implement, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, database development, web applications, APIs, and enterprise application support.

Responsibilities
Analyze business and system requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and identify appropriate data sources.
Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET / .NET Core / .NET 8+ technologies.
Develop web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
Design and develop APIs and system integrations.
Work with Entity Framework and ORM concepts.
Develop and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Create and maintain SSRS reports and SSIS packages.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues.
Prepare and execute test plans, test data, and QA procedures.
Support application deployment, implementation, maintenance, and enhancements.
Maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and support staff.
Stay current with modern development technologies, methodologies, and database technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
4+ years of experience in application development, systems analysis, database programming, and software support.
Strong experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 8+.
Strong C# and ASP.NET MVC development experience.
Experience developing REST APIs and application integrations.
Experience with Entity Framework / ORM.
Strong experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle Database.
Experience with SSRS and SSIS.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, blood banking, laboratory, or other highly regulated environments.
Experience with Microsoft Azure / cloud technologies.
Experience working with enterprise applications and modern architecture patterns.
