As a
Senior Finance Systems Analyst
, you will become a subject matter expert in business process and system improvement, leading the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements that drive Finance transformation across Haworth. This unique role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, process improvement, data, and emerging AI capabilities, partnering closely with global Finance leaders, business teams, and GIS to modernize finance processes, support major system initiatives, improve data quality and analytics, and solve complex business challenges.

Utilizing your expertise, you will mentor junior team members, influence key initiatives, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement while shaping the future of Finance at Haworth. Lead and manage complex process and/or system improvement projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution. Develop and implement process and/or system improvement strategies to support business objectives and drive operational excellence. Mentor and develop junior process improvement professionals.

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other departments on process and/or system improvement methodologies and tools. Conduct process and/or system audits to assess compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement while working collaboratively with cross functional teams. Analyze process and/or system data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement while working collaboratively with cross functional teams. Stay informed about industry trends, share best practices, and emerging technologies in process and/or system improvement.

Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
~ Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field plus 2 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, financial systems, ERP systems, business analytics, data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled Finance transformation, with progressively expanding responsibilities.
~4 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, financial systems, ERP systems, business analytics, data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled Finance transformation, with progressively expanding responsibilities.
~ Work Experience:
~5 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, financial systems, ERP systems, business analytics, data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled Finance transformation, with progressively expanding responsibilities with a Bachelor's degree or,
~3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, financial systems, ERP systems, business analytics, data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled Finance transformation, with progressively expanding responsibilities with a Master's degree.

Willing and able to travel up to 10 percent of the time. Ability to work onsite in Holland, MI without relocation assistance. Professional working experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry (mid to large size). Enterprise Finance systems experience. System implementation and change management exposure. Experience/interest in AI enablement, automation, analytics, or agent-based workflow concepts. Python automation experience.
