Home Service Technician

Based in Los Angeles, Pasquini Espresso Co. specializes in the sale and service of home and commercial espresso machines. Our focus is on maintaining long-lasting relationships with our customers by providing high-quality products and services. The Home Service Technician plays an essential role in meeting this goal by providing professional and timely expert service to our home equipment customers. 

As a Home Service Technician you will specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cutting-edge home espresso equipment. Work will be  performed both on location throughout the Los Angeles region and inside our full-service shop. 

Prior experience is not required, we want someone who is passionate about problem-solving and eager to learn about home espresso equipment. Our team of service technicians are factory-certified pros who average over a decade of experience in the field, you'll be in good company. Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain home espresso machines
• Work in our full-service shop to repair and maintain home espresso machines
• Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the Jobber app, our home service management software
• Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes
• Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
• Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service
• Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery

Essential Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured
• Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team



Preferred Qualifications 

• Working knowledge of multimeter use
• Vo-Tech school degree; or one to two years related experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar)

• Negotiable starting wage of $24 - $27 an hour, plus productivity bonuses that average an additional $2 per hour for technicians
• Take home service vehicle with gas card
