The Role • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions independently. • Treat patients with complex cases and comorbidities within child and adolescent psychiatry. • Actively support the organization and structuring of internal ward processes and workflows. • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of treatment and therapy concepts. • Participate in training and further education offerings for medical and psychological staff. What You'll Need • Completed psychotherapy certification or be in advanced training with a focus on behavioral therapy (more than 24 months). • Interest and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary therapeutic team. • Clinical experience in treating patients with various disorders in the child and adolescent sector. • A dedicated, reflective, and responsible approach to therapeutic work.
