Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Analyst to support healthcare interface development, configuration, testing, and production support for Epic and external healthcare systems.
Seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Analyst to support healthcare interface development, configuration, testing, and production support for Epic and external healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces and integration workflows.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and support HL7 interfaces.
- Analyze interface requirements and coordinate with clinical, business, and technical teams.
- Monitor interface performance and resolve production issues.
- Support Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Perform testing, validation, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with integration teams to support data exchange between Epic and third-party systems.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Epic Bridges and healthcare integration.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 interfaces and healthcare data exchange.
- Experience with interface testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Understanding of EHR/healthcare workflows.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Epic Bridges certification preferred/required depending on the role.
