The Role

• Sachgerechte Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten: Reinigung, Desinfektion, Funktionskontrolle, Verpackung und Sterilisation von medizinischen Geräten.
• Bedienung technischer Anlagen: Operation und Überwachung von Reinigungsmaschinen und Sterilisatoren.
• Strukturiertes Instrumentenmanagement: Zusammenstellung und fachgerechte Verpackung von Instrumentensieben nach Packlisten.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and legal regulations in the sterilization process.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed Fachkundelehrgang I or II for Sterilization Assistant.
• Reliable, thorough, and careful work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility for quality.
• Good German language skills (B2 level minimum).
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
