Job Description

  • Clinical Development and Support: continuous support and professional development with in-house CEU opportunities and clinical guidance/support 

What Your Days Will Look Like 

  • Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families 
  • Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development 
  • Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan 
  • Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings 
  • Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines 

Compensation

  • Hourly model: $40-51/hour
  • Salary model available 

What You'll Need 

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
