Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 6 – 12 Months
Job Description:
- We are seeking experienced NICE CXone / Cognigy Conversational AI consultant with strong hands-on experience developing and implementing enterprise conversational AI.
- The ideal candidate must have practical development experience with NICE CXone and the Cognigy platform, including voice bots, virtual agents, conversational flows, IVR/customer interaction flows, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- The client is moving from Cisco UCCE to Nice CXone
