Required Skills & Experience 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or 3years relevant experience with Masters in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

• Security+ or equivalent certification required.
• Experience with Windows Servers 2016/2019 and Active Directory.
• Experience digesting and implementing DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
• Experience with patching Microsoft servers and workstations.
• Experience with VMware.

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a System Admin onsite in Fallon, NV. The System Administrator is responsible for administration, maintenance, and cybersecurity defense of all client and server infrastructure used to support enterprise-wide modeling and simulation applications and services.

The candidate will work in close coordination with other team members and departments to update, monitor and maintain servers and workstations used throughout the enterprise. Additional duties include performing Microsoft Windows server administration, manage GPOs, create/modify DHCP reservations, patching and STIG’ing, as well as, authoring standard operating procedures, and performing Tier 2 technical support. Individual must be able to work independently and work within a team.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

Compensation: $49/hr to $52/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
