The Role • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. • Perform setup and adjustments of equipment to meet production specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions during operations. • Ensure adherence to strict quality control checks and documentation procedures. • Conduct routine machine maintenance and support repair efforts. • Maintain accurate records of material, quantity, and time bookings. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or a related field. • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. • Proficiency in quality and hygiene standards, including relevant certifications like DIN EN ISO 9000, DIN ISO 15378, and GMP guidelines. • Familiarity with SAP for data entry. • Strong communication skills in German. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotating schedule.
