Technical Lead Python - 100% Remote

The role involves architecture and product engineering responsibilities, focusing on modern Angular frameworks and Python services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and technical design for complex enterprise products
• Guide multiple engineering teams in product development
• Design and develop Python-based APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Architect and operate cloud-hosted applications, preferably on AWS
• Support production releases, operational systems, and testing procedures
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical feedback
• Ensure alignment with overall architecture and technology landscape

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software or product engineering
• Demonstrated ownership of architecture for enterprise products
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and Reactive Forms
• Strong understanding of Python, FastAPI, Django, and Flask
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, containers, and CI/CD
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and ORM patterns
• Leadership skills and ability to communicate with global teams

Preferred Skills:

• Domain experience in clinical development and study design
• Knowledge of validation and regulated systems like GxP
• Experience with AI engineering and agentic systems
• Strong understanding of LLM/RAG, LangGraph, and vector search
• Familiarity with SonarQube, feature flags, and incremental releases
