Must-Have Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or account support within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience with Salesforce, case management, product ordering, and strong communication skills for phone and email support.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Oncology experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and telephony/customer support systems.
