Senior Vehicle Glass Technician | Wasserburg, Germany | On-site We are hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement. The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on the function of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects on-site, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle return, providing a high level of service. • Handle invoicing, customer fund management, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are implemented. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience as a master/technician in automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork. • Willingness to undertake the required certification for operations management or already hold the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A strong commitment to our company values, welcoming all individuals regardless of their background. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency with administrative capabilities. • Excellent customer and service orientation, coupled with strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and collaboratively.
