Performance Tester

Role overview

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Tester to assess application performance, identify bottlenecks, and help teams deliver reliable, responsive software. This is a remote role open to candidates located in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests.

• Build and maintain test scripts using Apache JMeter.

• Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure metrics using Grafana.

• Test applications and workflows with Playwright.

• Work with Azure components to support performance testing and monitoring.

• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and communicate findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to improve application performance.

Required skills

• 8–10 years of experience in performance testing.

• Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.

• Experience using Grafana for monitoring and performance analysis.

• Familiarity with Playwright.

• Experience working with Azure components.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
