Senior Practice Specialist/Senior Sales Representative

Role and Responsibilities:

• Functional and technical understanding of ERPs - Microsoft Dynamics, Infor and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Presales experience - ability to understand client problems, build solutions and present them with confidence
• Ability to influence internal teams across the organization to achieve desired customer outcomes
• Drive new pipeline opportunities by RFP responses, Sow preparation and execution
• Experience or understanding of sales activities & processes
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering results
• Ability to clearly articulate technology, sales and solution designs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s business challenges and their technical environment to provide sales, presales and technical support, backed by a strong team offshore
• Engage and build strong relationships with your customers
• Cross-sell and upsell practice offerings to the customers
• Farm new opportunities in existing accounts
• Be the subject matter expert from the practice in various client workshops & discussions
• Mentor & build a strong team and seconds-in-command to further grow the practice
