Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads to create new business opportunities.
• Provide superior customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.

• Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Proven sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
