Job Title – Sr. Data Engineer (Healthcare)           
Location – Washington, DC - Hybrid
Full-time permanant
Direct client
 
The Data Engineer will be the primary technical performance lead for this effort. This individual will be responsible for providing technology management product support. The Engineer will perform systematic, multidisciplinary project reviews to maximize function, reliability, and quality while minimizing lifecycle
costs. They may analyze designs for value improvements, facilitate value engineering studies, and recommend cost-effective alternatives.

Qualifications for key Engineer Value Team member personnel are listed below:
● Familiar with Data architecture and/or DHA infrastructure and current Cloud architecture.
● Expertise in cost-benefit analysis, value methodology, technical problem-solving, and project management.
● Minimum 4 years’ experience with Agile requirements.
● Experience with multiple requirements management tools (e.g. IBM Jazz suite, JIRA, etc.).
● Experience with DoD Acquisition (e.g., JCIDS, AAF, CDD, CNS)
● Experience with multiple PEO DHMS, health related, or DoD projects preferred.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
● Experience: 8+ years of experience.
