The Role

• Develop and manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care coverage.
• Identify and address potential staffing or scheduling issues with nursing leadership.
• Ensure all employee and contractor files meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate and communicate educational opportunities for the nursing staff.
• Distribute the nursing schedule accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support supervisors with information regarding staffing ratios.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
