About the role

• Partner with Supply leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities
• Provide expert advice across employee relations, industrial relations and performance matters
• Lead and support organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives
• Deliver key people programs including talent, performance and succession planning
• Drive a positive, high-performing culture through learning, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives

About you

• You are a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating complex people matters and delivering practical solutions that make a real impact.
• Significant HR Business Partner or People & Culture Partner experience within a complex organisation
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations expertise, ideally across unionised workforces
• Experience leading organisational change, workforce planning and capability initiatives
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
