Assistant Store Manager, Computer Services

Micro Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Computer Services to help lead our high-energy, tech-focused retail environment. In this role, you'll support daily operations of the service and repair area, guide a team of technicians and sales associates, and ensure every customer receives expert, friendly assistance. You will oversee scheduling, workflow, and quality of technical services, help resolve escalated customer issues, drive sales of services and protection plans, and maintain accurate inventory and merchandising for computer products and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the computer services and repair department
• Lead, coach, and schedule technicians and sales associates
• Ensure high-quality technical service and timely repair turnaround
• Deliver and model exceptional customer service and issue resolution
• Drive sales of service offerings, protection plans, and accessories
• Manage inventory, parts ordering, and stock levels for services
• Maintain accurate POS transactions and service documentation
• Assist with merchandising and presentation of computer products
• Monitor KPIs and support initiatives to achieve sales and service goals
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures
