The Role

• Lead the development and deployment of digital cross domain solutions, shaping customer missions.
• Drive customer engagement to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements.
• Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Support system accreditation following the Risk Management Framework and plan security improvements.
• Plan, design, and implement cross-domain data flows and assist users with data schemas and policies.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience developing requirements (capability, system-level, hardware, software, user stories).
• Experience creating technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment.
• Familiarity with online collaboration and work tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation.
• Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, or 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
