The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and overall store success.
• Assist with personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Contribute to sales management, focusing on the effective merchandising of a dynamic product assortment.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering processes and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to review performance and discuss store development strategies.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, with a preference for retail experience.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week onboarding program in a designated training store.
