The Role • Support store management in daily operations and overall store success. • Assist with personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding. • Contribute to sales management, focusing on the effective merchandising of a dynamic product assortment. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering processes and adherence to visual merchandising standards. • Collaborate with store leadership to review performance and discuss store development strategies.
