.NET Developer Job in Boston

Job Description
A large, mission-driven organization is looking to hire a .NET Developer to support and enhance enterprise platforms that power complex operational workflows. You'll work on application development, systems integration, data exchange processes, and ongoing support of business-critical systems.
In this role, you'll work across backend applications, REST APIs, database integrations, and enterprise platforms while collaborating closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with .NET and C# application development
• Proficiency in SQL development, including stored procedures, queries, joins, and data validation
• Experience building and supporting REST APIs, and web services
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and system integrations in production environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience within large-scale public sector, education, or highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of enterprise enrollment, registration, workforce, transportation, or operational systems
• Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to communicate clearly and make practical tradeoffs

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

• 100% Hands On
• Develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise applications and integrations
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, database integrations, and backend services
• Support technical design, requirements gathering, estimation, and implementation planning
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, release management, and change management activities
