As a Release Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Technology function, supporting the planning and coordination of enterprise-wide release activities. You'll work closely with Release Managers, project teams, and technical specialists to ensure releases are well-governed, aligned to timelines, and delivered with quality at the forefront.

You'll help maintain and enhance our release framework, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensure teams collaborate effectively to meet release objectives. From managing release schedules and facilitating key forums, to coordinating testing and deployment resources, your work will enable smooth delivery of critical business outcomes.

This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.

• Coordinate resources across testing phases including SIT, UAT and regression.
• Oversee dependencies across delivery, technical and business teams.
• Monitor release risks, issues and defects, ensuring visibility and mitigation.
• Maintain release dashboards, calendars and documentation across systems.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on release processes and best practice.

Qualifications

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

• You have extensive experience working in IT delivery environments with frequent releases.
• Your background includes coordinating releases across multiple delivery teams.
• You'll bring experience driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• You're confident engaging stakeholders and managing expectations across diverse groups.
• You have strong dependency management skills across technologies and change initiatives.
