Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to support end users in Clearwater, Florida within a healthcare-focused environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day technical issues, delivering responsive service, and maintaining reliable desktop operations. The role centers on assisting employees with Windows-based systems, managing user access, and addressing support requests with professionalism and urgency.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and desktop-related issues affecting end users. Respond to service desk requests in a timely manner, document work performed, and keep ticket updates accurate and organized. Troubleshoot Windows operating system problems and restore functionality for users experiencing technical disruptions. Support account administration tasks in Active Directory, including access updates and basic user maintenance. Diagnose common workstation and peripheral issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.

Assist employees with setup, configuration, and routine support for Microsoft-based desktop environments. Track recurring issues and contribute to practical solutions that improve overall support efficiency. Requirements
Experience supporting end users in a help desk or desktop support capacity. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and general Microsoft desktop environments. Familiarity with Active Directory for basic account and access-related tasks. Ability to perform foundational troubleshooting across hardware, software, and user access issues.

Experience managing and updating service desk tickets with clear documentation. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support.
