Job Title: SAP BRIM Project Manager / Support Lead
Location: San Jose, CA (Remote is acceptable)
Experience: 8+ years overall, including 4+ years in SAP BRIM and 3+ years in a Lead/Project Management role

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Project Manager / Support Lead to oversee production support, continuous enhancements, and operational governance across the SAP BRIM landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP BRIM functional knowledge, project management experience, and expertise in ITIL-based support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead L2/L3 production support and manage SLAs, KPIs, incident resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).

• Manage critical billing, charging, invoicing, and revenue-related incidents.

• Oversee continuous enhancements, change requests, releases, and project delivery.

• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, sprint backlogs, risks, and release readiness.

• Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, SIT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare.

• Provide functional oversight across SAP BRIM components, including SOM, Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

• Ensure integration across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP CPQ, SAP CPI, CRM, and external mediation systems.

• Lead onshore/offshore teams and collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, vendors, and system integrators.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT delivery or application support experience.

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM environments.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical leadership, or application maintenance services (AMS).

• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP BRIM components: SOM, CC, CI, or RAR.

• Experience with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.

• Understanding of SAP integrations using OData, REST APIs, IDocs, and SAP CPI.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
