  • Track project milestones related to equipment installation, process qualification, yield improvement, and new product introduction (NPI).
  • Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams, including process engineering, equipment engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, schedules, and change control records using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or SAP.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues to project managers.

  • Support engineering change orders (ECOs), engineering change notices (ECNs), process qualification documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Assist with coordinating cleanroom access, safety training, and gowning schedules for project personnel.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, and updates for engineering leadership and program reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, documentation practices, and cross-functional coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, manufacturing operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating projects and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, or equivalent productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to track project schedules, maintain documentation, follow up on action items, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with engineering documentation and change control processes, including ECO/ECN.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, purchase orders, CapEx tracking, and supplier coordination.
  • Exposure to quality systems and compliance standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • CAPM or PMP certification, or willingness to pursue certification.
