Job Description

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Fabrication Manufacturing Technician to work on-site with our client, a top-tier Fortune 1000 electronics company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing and fabrication operations in a technical production environment.
  • Perform equipment maintenance activities to help maintain reliable manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and manufacturing process issues within assigned responsibilities.
  • Follow established maintenance procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Assist with preventive and routine equipment maintenance.
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment issues as required.
  • Escalate complex equipment or process problems to the appropriate technical or engineering teams.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturing, maintenance, and technical team members.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous fabrication/manufacturing technician experience required.
  • Previous equipment maintenance experience required.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing or production equipment.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures, work instructions, and established processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with manufacturing and technical teams.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a structured manufacturing environment.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including extended/12-hour shifts as required.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
  • Technical, vocational, military, or other relevant hands-on training is a plus.
