About the Role & Team:

At Zensurance, we deliver a seamless customer experience daily.

We’re looking for a driven, sales-focused Commercial New Business Broker to join our growing British Columbia team!

You’ll work remotely, supporting clients across the province during PST business hours.

Reporting to a Team Lead, you will own the inbound lead conversion process and build long-term client relationships. This role requires strong sales capability, sharp time management, and solid commercial insurance knowledge in a high-volume environment.
