Job Description

Sr. Clinical AI Technical Integration Specialist | United States | Remote | $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 /Yr.

We're hiring on behalf of a leading technology services firm renowned for its commitment to transforming government IT through innovative solutions. The Role

  • Support VistA and Ambient AI Scribe interface testing across pilot and go-live sites.
  • Troubleshoot and validate system interactions and technical workflows in clinical environments.
  • Identify technical gaps, workflow dependencies, and operational impacts during testing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and escalation teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Conduct workflow reviews and document best practices for Ambient AI solutions.
  • Assist in testing and evaluating peripheral equipment for AI tools.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of experience supporting healthcare operations, digital health platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical and operational system issues.
  • Proven ability in supporting testing activities, defect triage, or validation workflows.
  • Experience coordinating with engineering teams, vendors, or operational support.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, High clearance.
