SAP ISU Consultant

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic research and analysis related to Customer Service business processes and operational performance.
• Document business requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for device management and service order processes, including meter and premise-related transactions.
• Liaise between business areas and technical support to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate business continuity, governance, risk identification, and operational reporting.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-U and utility operations.
• Strong knowledge of FieldForce and Meter Data Management systems.
• Proficiency in query and reporting tools, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• This is a remote position based in United States. We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant for a long-term contract opportunity that requires 15–20% travel to Binghamton, NY as needed by our client.
