Talent Acquisition Partner

Bel Brands USA, a leader in branded cheese manufacturing, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across corporate and plant roles. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs, source diverse talent, and manage the candidate experience from screening through offer. You'll leverage ATS tools, data, and employer branding to build strong pipelines while championing Bel's people-first, inclusive culture. Partner with HR and business leaders to drive staffing strategies that support innovation, growth, and sustainability across our North American operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and manufacturing/plant roles across North America.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, workforce plans, and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage diverse talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring teams on selection best practices.
• Manage a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Leverage ATS and recruiting analytics to track pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring quality.
• Support and promote Bel's employer brand and people-first, inclusive culture in all hiring activities.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
