Sevita is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support Healthcare & Medical Services within our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify needs, source diverse talent, and deliver a smooth, person-centered candidate experience. You will use ATS tools, behavioral interviewing, and labor market insights to build strong pipelines while promoting Sevita's inclusive, mission-driven culture.
