Director of People Operations & HRBP

Requirements 

• 7 -  20 years of experience as a people operations director or HRBP
• Experience building HR infrastructure from the ground up (hiring,  organization design,  performance,  and retention) 
• End- to- end full employee lifecycle (onboarding,  policies,  compliance,  benefits coordination,  and day- to-day employee experience) 
• Experience owning or managing office space and facilities (vendor management,  space planning,  facilities decision- making) 
• Building strong company culture (programming,  rituals,  and events) 
• Working knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance 
• Familiarity with HR and ATS platforms (Rippling,  Ashby,  Lattice,  Greenhouse,  Justworks) 

Must have 

• People Ops and HRBP,  with recent experience at a high- growth tech startup (Series A- C,  ideally scaling from about 50 to 200 people)
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco (no relocation assistance provided)
