Job Requirements

·       A Pega Senior Technical Lead requires expert-level Pega PRPC platform knowledge, 8+ years of experience, and advanced certifications like the Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA).

·  Pega Architecture: Deep understanding of Enterprise-Class Design (ECD), application layer cakes, data modeling, and rule resolution.

·       Platform Features: Advanced expertise in case management, flow design, data pages, and background processing via job schedulers and queue processors.

·       Integrations & Data: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, Kafka, and various data ingestion methods.

·       Performance & Support: Proficient in log analysis, production support, and platform upgrades or migrations (such as Pega 8.x).

·       DevOps & Testing: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Pega DevOps tools, and automated testing frameworks.
