• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience as a Program Manager to lead Client's North Star transformation program. Manage cross-functional teams, governance forums, stakeholder engagement, planning, risk management, and delivery execution across Salesforce, Data Cloud, Contact Center, Dealer, and AI workstreams.
