Pay Range: $50 - $53/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Sunday Thursday overnight shift, 10 PM 6 AM
• Provide hands-on support for PLC, controls logic, NC/CNC, and HMI systems.
• Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs, including Step 7 and TIA Portal.
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues to minimize production downtime.
• Support and modify KUKA and FANUC robots, gantries, and automated equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Configure and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and industrial control devices.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams.
• Complete shift handoff and end-of-shift documentation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Controls Engineer , " Automation Engineer", " Siemens" , " PLC" , " TIA Portal" , KUKA , FANUC , Manufacturing , Automotive .
• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
• 5 7 years of controls engineering, industrial automation, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong Siemens PLC experience, preferably Step 7 / TIA Portal.
• Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/plant/shop-floor environment.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, automated equipment, and industrial controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and work independently.
• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Allen-Bradley PLC experience
• KUKA/FANUC robotics
• CNC/NC programming
• Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or Profibus
• Important: This is a highly hands-on plant-floor role. Candidates with primarily project/design/office-based engineering experience and limited hands-on troubleshooting experience will not be a strong fit.
