Head of Investor Relations

Hiring: VP - Group Investor Relations & Performance Monitoring/Reporting Senior Leadership Mandate

Company: A leading diversified financial services group with multiple insurance and NBFC subsidiaries (listed and unlisted entities)

The Role:

Lead company-wide investor relations initiatives - including for unlisted subsidiaries - covering investor decks, earnings calls, analyst coverage expansion, and roadshow preparation for equity/debt raises. In parallel, own performance monitoring and reporting across subsidiaries: MBR preparation, AOP/LRS review, peer benchmarking, and capital management reporting (solvency, RBC ratios). Reports into the Group CFO with direct exposure to CMD and Board.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years in IR, corporate finance, or financial planning; insurance/diversified financial services exposure preferred
• Strong hands-on financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) for M&A and due diligence
• Working knowledge of IFRS 17 and regulatory frameworks (IRDAI, SEBI, RBI)
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance), with proven investor relations and stakeholder management track record
