Project Manager

Project Manager - Fit Out Contractor Location: West London<br />Rate: £325 per day<br />Duration: 6-7 Months<br />Start Date: ASAP We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a reputable fit out contractor on a commercial project in West London.

This is an immediate requirement on a 6-7 month contract, with a secured follow-on project in Central London commencing in September/October, providing excellent continuity of work.

The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial fit out works, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. The project has a strong focus on:

Suspended ceilings<br />Partitioning<br />Joinery<br />Internal fit out packagesYour responsibilities will include:

Managing site operations from start through to completion<br />Coordinating subcontractors and site teams<br />Managing programme, quality and health &amp; safety<br />Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team<br />Monitoring progress and resolving site issues<br />Ensuring works are delivered to programme and budget<br />Managing project documentation and reporting Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit out projects<br />Strong background in suspended ceilings, partitioning and joinery<br />Excellent communication and organisational skills<br />Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively<br />SMSTS (Essential)<br />Black CSCS Card (Essential)<br />First Aid at Work (Essential) What's on Offer £325 per day<br />Immediate start<br />6-7 month contract in West London<br />Secured follow-on project in Central London from September/October<br />Opportunity to work with a respected fit out contractor on high-quality commercial projectsApply:
