Renewable Energy / Utility Scale SolarWe're recruiting on behalf of a leading renewable energy contractor for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK, with schemes up to 50MW.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work and play a key role in delivering large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.The RoleAs Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.You'll manage site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders while ensuring the project is delivered to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects up to 50MW.Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with CDM regulations.Chair client and progress meetings.Monitor programme milestones and report on project performance.Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise.Work closely with engineering, commercial and commissioning teams through to project completion.About YouWe're looking for someone with a proven background delivering major infrastructure or renewable energy projects.Ideally you'll have:Experience managing utility-scale solar projects.A strong background within renewable energy, utilities, power or civil engineering.Experience working under NEC contracts.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.SMSTS certification.Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety best practice.Full UK driving licence.What's on OfferOutside IR35 contractCompetitive day rateLong-term contract on a flagship renewable energy projectOpportunity to deliver utility-scale solar projects up to 50MWImmediate startStrong pipeline of future workIf you're an experienced Project Manager with a background in utility-scale solar or major infrastructure projects and are looking for your next Outside IR35 contract, we'd love to hear from you.
