NP (Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant)

Ft. Myers Area Emergency Medicine NP or PA – Flexible Schedule

Are you an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant looking for a high-paying and well-supported role? This full-time role requires 12 shifts per month.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Schedule: 12 shifts/month
• Hourly Rate: $90 (permanent 1099)
• Annual Compensation: Approximately $155K for 12 twelve hour shifts a month
• ED Volume: 26,000 patients per year
• EMR: EPIC
• Malpractice + Tail Coverage Provided

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat Emergency Department patients
• Perform procedures and order/interpret diagnostic tests
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EPIC EMR system
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based ED environment

Requirements:

• Licensed NP or PA with 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience in a hospital setting
• Valid Florida License or able to get one soon.
• Strong procedural skills and ability to manage high-acuity patients
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
