The Role • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for pediatric patients. • Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, participating in weekly team meetings. • Engage in ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary training opportunities. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and treatment progress. • Coordinate the provision of assistive devices in close partnership with orthotics and rehabilitation technicians. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Physiotherapist. • Ideally, specialized training in pediatric neurological concepts (e.g., Bobath, Vojta, psychomotor therapy) is a plus, but not a strict requirement. • Enthusiasm, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for working with diverse populations. • Sensitivity and empathy when interacting with children with disabilities and their families. • Proficiency in English.
