Product Owner / Scrum Master - W2 Position

Product Owner on the Enterprise Platform (EP) - Digital Banking team - responsible for the development and deployment of capabilities and features enabling regulatory compliance and for the support of audits and exams.

Requires strong organizational, technical and creative problem-solving skills. Documentation, analytical, collaborative and problem-solving skills. Work well in a dynamic environment and under deadline pressures. Partners with other product managers to convert the regulatory roadmap into a release cycle and coordinates the efforts of engineering teams within a SAFE train to deploy the new features across markets and products. The successful individual ensures that the Product meets the evolving needs of the enterprise policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Owner for a scrum team within a SAFe Agile Release Train, owning backlog refinement and sprint execution

Partner with the Lead Product Manager to translate product vision and roadmap into well-defined platform features and user stories

Prioritize engineering work by balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations

Write clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, focused on reusable platform capabilities and APIs

Collaborate with engineering teams to make trade-offs, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features

Enable analytics-driven decision-making to continuously evolve products and improve usage and performance

Champion Agile best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery processes

Qualifications:

6-9 years of experience in product ownership, or product delivery roles - MUST HAVE BANKING OR PAYMENTS DOMAIN EXPOSURE.

Strong knowledge of the banking domain, preferably in digital banking or payments

Solid technical understanding of APIs, data flows, schemas, and platform usability

Experience writing features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria

Background in delivering core banking, payments, or platform capabilities

Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related technical field
