This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere in a hospital renowned for its specialized medical care and significant patient volumes. The Role • Serve meals and beverages to patients, ensuring a high standard of presentation and care. • Manage and replenish staff dining buffets, maintaining an appealing and well-stocked selection. • Provide support for special events and other general housekeeping duties. • Strictly adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. • Assist in creating a comfortable and efficient dining experience for all individuals within the facility. • Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere. What You'll Need • Good command of German (written and spoken); basic English skills are advantageous. • Present a neat appearance and possess excellent interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in gastronomy is preferred but not essential. • Ability to work independently, with motivation, flexibility, and a commitment to quality. • Reliability, resilience, and a strong team and customer orientation.
