SDET (Battery Management System Focus)

We are seeking an experienced SDET with strong expertise in Battery Management Systems (BMS) to support our BMS validation organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between BMS Developers and Test Engineers, helping improve validation quality, increase test coverage, and identify issues earlier in the development lifecycle. This role requires strong programming skills, embedded systems knowledge, and experience working in automotive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with BMS developers, validation engineers, and test teams.
• Identify test gaps and improve validation coverage.
• Analyze failure trends and recommend quality improvements.
• Develop tools and automation to enable early defect detection.
• Support software design discussions and validation strategy.
• Help shift validation earlier in the development cycle before HIL and vehicle testing.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to improve software quality and testing efficiency.
