The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your territory to educate them on supplemental insurance products.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, for effective client engagement.
• Build relationships and close deals, focusing on areas where traditional health coverage may leave gaps.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices and drive collective success.
• Travel within your assigned territory Monday through Thursday.

What You'll Need

• No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• A strong work ethic and motivation to achieve uncapped earning potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for connecting with diverse clients.
