CoreStaff WA are building a casual labour pool of experienced FIFO Site Administrators for upcoming assignments across Western Australia.
We partner with a range of clients across the mining, resources and industrial sectors, offering short-term coverage, ongoing rosters and relief assignments. Opportunities may be available within operational departments, project teams, village services and camp management.
About the Roles- Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing administrative support to mining operations, maintenance, shutdown or project teams
- Coordinating mobilisation, site access, travel and accommodation
- Maintaining personnel records, rosters and compliance documentation
- Entering and updating employee information using INX, SAMS or similar systems
- Processing timesheets, purchase orders, invoices and expense claims
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence and presentations
- Assisting with onboarding, inductions and training records
- Managing room allocations, village bookings and flight manifests
- Supporting camp and village operations, including reception and resident enquiries
- Liaising with supervisors, employees, contractors and external service providers
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and confidential employee records
- Providing general administrative support across site departments
- Previous FIFO site administration experience within mining, resources or heavy industry
- Experience using INX, SAMS, SAP, Pronto, Workflow, ERMS or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with mobilisation, travel coordination, rosters or village administration
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills
- The ability to work independently in a busy site environment
- A current Australian driver's licence
- The ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
- Casual FIFO assignments with various clients across Western Australia
- Opportunities across mining operations, projects and village service
- Short-term relief, leave coverage and potential ongoing rosters
- Competitive casual pay rates based on the role and roster
- Exposure to a variety of sites, systems and operational teams
- Support from the CoreStaff recruitment team throughout your assignments
