The Role

• Greet and interact politely with all customers, creating a welcoming experience.
• Prepare, stock, and price produce for display on the sales floor according to company standards.
• Maintain product freshness, quality, and proper rotation to ensure optimal presentation.
• Assist with unloading product deliveries and managing inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service, including product knowledge, preparation advice, and weighing assistance.
• Adhere to strict sanitation standards in all work areas, including the backroom and sales floor.

What You'll Need

• A friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs constantly.
• Capacity to read, understand, and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks like bending and kneeling.
