Job Title : Bid Coordinator/ Manager

Location : Full-time, Office based in Farringdon

Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator / Senior Bid Coordinator to join a growing commercial fit-out business. Following internal changes within the team, the business is looking for an organised and creative bid professional to take ownership of the day-to-day bid process while producing high-quality, visually engaging submissions.

This role would suit an experienced Bid Coordinator ready to step up or an established Senior Bid Coordinator with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and a solid understanding of the construction bid lifecycle.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator , Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager within construction, fit-out or the built environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly InDesign .
• Strong understanding of the bid and tender process.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
